Anthony Gismondi sits down with Nk'Mip Cellars' white winemaker Justin Hall to to see how Nk'Mip's wines match with a menu prepared by the winery's chef Orlin Godfrey. The selection includes food sourced from the Okanagan and elements of the Four Food Chiefs, an important cultural representation of the Osoyoos Indian Band which owns the winery. Bear, Salmon, Bitterroot and Saskatoon Berries are incorporated and the men, with many wine pairings behind them, consider wine pairing in general as they walk through the matches.
